While no creators at Marvel have ever explicitly identified Iron Man as being on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, there is some recent comic book evidence. In Superior Iron Man #8, there is a panel that shows the aftermath of a party with multiple men and women in the bedroom and bed with Tony Stark.

In a world synonymous with differences in sexual orientation, one can’t help but wonder whether a pivotal character such as he is gay, bisexual, or straight. Iron Man is straight. In the comics, Tony Stark was involved with various women including Pepper Potts, Black Widow, The Wasp, She-Hulk, Whitney Frost, and others.
